Environmental Incidence Assessment arises from the D.L. 49/2005, February 24^th, and also evaluates the environmental effects of projects but under a more precise scope. SINERGIAE Ambiente has thus far participated in 8 Incidence Assessments, mainly in agricultural projects located at the Natura 2000 Network and in Protected Areas.

Environmental Incidence Assessment can be considered a more focused, less extensive Environmental Impact Assessment, for example those tackling Ecological or Land Management alone.
